Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Please see below our cancellation, return and refund policy. Any and all references to “we” or “us” or “our” shall refer to Tom Clark Industries, LLC, a California limited liability company. Any reference to “you” or “your” shall refer to a purchaser of our products.


All of our products are made to order. When your order is placed, it is put directly onto our production queue. Due to this process and the various stripe styles and colors that we offer, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any of our products. 

If you do need to cancel your order you must let us know within 24 hours after your order is placed. If you wait longer than 24 hours after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee it can be canceled. If you request to cancel the order after 24 hours has passed, we can offer a full refund in store credit. If the order was submitted for an initial proof, 25% of the order charge shall be deemed earned and nonrefundable. If your order has been submitted for production, your order cannot be canceled.

If there is an error that occurred during manufacturing, we will send out a replacement for the defective item(s) free of charge (Photo proof is required) and the error items will need to be returned back for us to view and dispose of. Without photo proof, we will require you to send the package back at your expense. If we determine that the error was caused on our end, we will reimburse you for the authorized shipping expense. Any cost of shipping over the authorized amount will not be reimbursed.

You must notify us within 3-5 business days of order delivery of any defects discovered in the product. In order to receive replacement, we may request that you return the entire received product within 10 days from the time the product is delivered. We reserve the right to not accept goods for return that have been altered in any way or have been used.

If an order is to be reprinted due to an error on your part (i.e., approving proofs with incorrect color, etc.), you will be charged for the reprint. At our sole discretion, a reduced or discounted price may be offered for a reprint. You should be sure to review your digital proof carefully as we are not liable for errors in a final product, excluding manufacturing defects. 

You acknowledge and understand that the color displayed in your proof may vary from the true color of the print as colors vary from screen to screen. We are not liable for delays resulting from the proof approval process. We will not make any changes to your artwork after approval. No refunds are provided for any reason after a proof has been approved and the order sent to print / cut, excluding manufacture defects.
